“I have a very stressful job as an Air Traffic Controller. Not only am I always on high alert mentally, my shoulders and neck get jacked up from the stress. I’ve tried massage and acupuncture which helped, but NOTHING like hypnosis. Hands down, hypnosis is the most peaceful thing I’ve experienced.”

“My session with you was so relaxing! It was almost euphoric! I felt warm and relaxed like I was at a spa but so much better. I can’t put into words how much better I feel. My headache is gone and my body feels great. I’m looking forward to my next session.”

Hypnosis can help you reduce stress from the daily hassles of life. Of course, some stress is normal. It causes us to take action and push through situations and tasks that need to be done. However, chronic stress leaves us feeling overwhelmed and can impact the health of our mind and our body.

During your session with me, you and I will used advanced hypnosis to focus your thoughts to bring about relaxation and peace, while at the same time minimizing outside distractions or those that may arise from within.

You’ll leave your session with a new found sense of peace, calm, and positive emotions.

The study included 193 patients at the age from 18 to 40 years. They were offered the following methods of non-medical therapy: psychotherapy, phytotherapy, and acupuncture.  The best results were obtained by combined treatment based on cognitive and behavioral psychotherapy, hypnosis, and autogenic training as its major components.
